Mac IT support on-site

That basically means we have to come to your place to sort out your Mac problem.

No problem.

If you are not on one of our Mac support contracts, there is a call out charge of £50 plus an hourly rate.

We currently cover anywhere in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

In most instances it will be a system or software problem that can be fixed whilst we are there.

If the Mac is not functioning at all, we will more than likely have to take it back to our workshops.
